 Bollywood's first blockbuster film was released about 47 years ago.  The interesting thing is that the story of this film was not written on any hero, but around the heroine.  Being a villain, she forced the audience to cry.  11 superstars worked in the film.  A villain had fallen heavily on all of them.  The interesting thing is that after seeing his villainy, the fans were so convinced that they started sending him letters written with blood.

 You must have often heard that the audience trolled a certain actor or actress for playing a negative role.  Criticized his work a lot and when I got a chance, he praised him very well.  However, after seeing a villain in a Bollywood film released in 1976, the audience fell in love with her.  The audience started going so crazy for the actress that they started sending her love letters written in blood.

 The actress herself had told this story in one of her interviews.  The actress also admitted that she got real stardom in Bollywood because of that film.

 The film we are talking about here was Naagin which was released in the year 1976.  This film created a sensation overnight.  This is said to be Bollywood's first multistar film.  There were 11 well-known stars in it.  The song 'Tere Sang Pyaar Mein Nahi Todna' from this film still remains on people's lips.  This film was directed by director Rajkumar Kohli under the banner of Shankar Movies.

 The biggest stars of those days i.e. 70s in the film were Prema Narayan, Sunil Dutt, Firoz Khan, Sanjay Khan, Vinod Mehra, Kabir Bedi, Anil Dhawan, Rekha, Mumtaz, Yogita Bali, Jagdeep, Tun Tun, Sulochana Latkar and Anita Guha.  Like there were stars.  Reena Roy was the lead actress in the film.  She played Ichchadhari Naagin in the film.  Apart from Sunil Dutt's character, all the lead actors in the film met a painful end.  The film proved to be a blockbuster on screen.  Reena's luck had shined there.

Let us tell you that the film Naagin is still known by the name of Reena Roy.  After doing this film, Reena Roy's career reached a different level.  This was his blockbuster film.  Reena signed this film when she was very new to Bollywood.  Only 4 years had passed since he came to Bollywood.  His first film was 'Zaroorat' released in 1972 which proved to be a flop.  After this film, Reena did films like Omar Qaid(1975), Vardaan(1975), Goonj(1974), Madhosh(1974), Jungle Mein Mangal(1972), Jaise Ko Taisa(1973), Zakhmi(1975) and Barood(1976).  Like worked in about 15 films.  But it was the film 'Nagin' that gave him real recognition.

 Let us tell you that once while talking about the film 'Nagin', Reena Roy had said that after the release of this film, she saw a lot of change in her life.  He once said in an ETimes interview, 'There used to be a gathering of fans outside my house.  Policemen used to stand with guns for protection.  So much so that the magic of the film worked so much that people used to write letters with their blood and propose for marriage.
