Siddhivinayak Temple

#Siddhivinayak Temple of Mumbai is a Buddhist monastery built by Emperor Ashoka and the Buddha Stupa kept there has been captured by hypocrites for thousands of years by declaring it as Shiva Linga.

The founder of Mumbai is Emperor Ashoka Maurya, who was also known as Bamba Maurya and the name Bombay, Mumbai comes from Bamba Maurya.  All the religious places in Mumbai are ancient Buddhist monasteries built by Emperor Ashoka.  Similarly, the present Siddhivinayak temple is also an ancient Buddhist stupa of Emperor Ashoka Maurya and inside it is the idol of Tathagata Buddha whom people worship in the name of Siddhivinayak.  In Tantra Buddhism, "Bodhi or Buddhahood" is called "Siddhi" and "Vinayak" means Buddha, the leader of the teachings.

That is, Siddhivinayak means Buddha and Siddhivinayak Temple of Mumbai is actually an ancient Buddhist stupa built by Emperor Ashoka.
